Here's a picture of an abandoned building in the vicinity of 5th and I Street NW. Looking at the boarded up window, I wondered what or who used to occupy the building. Was it a shop? Was it a home? I couldn't tell from looking at the building, but there were several restuarants nearby, could it have been a less competetive restaurant that was subsequently bought out by a competitor or a developer? Like my previous few shots I posted, this one was taken as I was walking back to the car after a photo shoot with the photo club.
